The catalog

Listings are structured records we keep current by checking each tool’s public pages automatically, or that we accept from vendors. They can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Confidence labels and badges are defined on How we rank. We do not invent independent lab results; until testing exists, those notes are omitted.

You may browse without an account. Anonymous search and compare signals are stored only if you accept analytics cookies (or the equivalent control on Your privacy choices).

Age

This site is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not operate an age-verification gate; if you are under 16, do not create an account or submit personal details.

Accounts

Sign-in is email magic link. Username is required before reviews; there is no anonymous review posting. You are responsible for content you submit (reviews, tags, reports, lead forms). We may refuse or remove content that fails moderation.

You can export or delete account data as described in Privacy. Deletion does not recall a named lead already routed to a vendor.

Ranking and money

Vendors cannot buy a higher ranking score. Affiliate links and sponsored strips are labeled. Using “Visit site” may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored means paid placement of an existing listing, capped and separated from organic order.

Vendor claims

Claiming a listing requires an email on the tool domain or a related domain that we review. Once a listing is claimed, we stop applying automatic updates from the tool’s public pages. Vendors still do not get unlabeled ranking boosts from paying for ads or affiliate enrollment.

Pricing, features, and capability claims come from the vendor’s own page, or from the vendor directly when a listing is claimed. Sort AI does not independently audit or verify that information, and is not liable if a vendor-stated claim is incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

For business leads

If you submit the company chooser and tick the vendor-contact box, you ask us to share named contact details with specific vendors. That is a separate agreement from account creation and from aggregated sharing. See privacy section C.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse login, lead, review, or listing-update features; do not automatically collect our pages in a way that impersonates our own checks of listing sites; do not submit malware, spam, or personal data about other people in free-text fields.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We are not your procurement advisor. Check the vendor before you buy.
